Oxford, MS – Jaxson Dart kicked off the 2024 season with a performance that will be hard to top, leading Ole Miss to a dominant 76-0 victory over Furman. The senior quarterback was nearly flawless, accounting for 445 yards and 6 touchdowns in just the first half of the game. While some may argue that it was only an FCS opponent, putting up 6 touchdowns in any half is a remarkable feat by any standard.
Dart completed 22 of 27 passes for 418 yards and 5 touchdowns through the air, adding another 27 yards and a rushing touchdown on the ground.
